I would like to propose a marketing plan for your company and I have outlined below all the different features of this plan.

The Marketing Objective:

Create greater awareness of your company and attract new buyers to your company. Advertise your products to big single stores and to small to medium chain stores and attract new buyers to your company. Advertise your booth at the different shows you do and get customers to come to your booth. Create excitement about your jewelry.
Show potential buyers that your company is a successful jewelry company with new jewelry creations, quality manufacturing and reliable service.

The main objective is to find buyers who are ready to contact you and purchase your jewelry products.

The Marketing Tools:

1. A custom 8.5 x 11 inches LETTER with your logo and some new jewelry designs. The letter would invite customers to contact you for more information on your merchandise, see you at shows and gives contact information for your sales reps in the United States . This letter would be mailed in a large 9 x 12 inches envelope with an attractive custom label. The large envelope and label would attract attention and the buyer would open the envelope to see your letter inside.
The design is elegant and eye-catching.

2. A 6 x11 POSTCARD. This postcard shows a few of your designs and invites the customer to contact you for more information on your merchandise, see you at shows and gives contact information for your sales reps in the United States .

3. A CDROM. This CDROM cover is elegant and eye-catching. You can put samples of your jewelry with some text and an invitation to see you at the shows or contact your sales reps in the United States .

The Marketing Plan:

Send the 8 .5 x 11 inches letter to our database of 500 Chain Stores and Department Stores in the USA . (our in-house database)

Send the 6 x 11 inches postcard to 1000 of the top retail jewelry stores in the USA .

(our in-house database)

Send the CDROM to your own customer database of top 50 customers. (Our company can prepare your photos and text for the CDROM and you can mail the CDROM to your top 50 customers).

Everything can be done through our office.

- Design and print your custom 8.5 x 11 inches letter.

- Design and print your custom 6 x11 inches postcard.

- Design and print your CDROM covers.

- Design and print your custom label.

- Prepare all text for your custom letter and custom postcard.

- Prepare the CDROM for you to send to your top 50 customers.

- Mail your letter to our database of 500 Chain and Department stores (includes labor to assemble the mailing and all postage plus envelopes)

- Mail your postcard to our database of 1000 top jewelry retail companies (includes labor to prepare the mailing and all postage)

The Marketing Price:

The cost for this plan is $3946.00 which includes all printing, postage, design and labor as well as our own in-house databases which would include the following:

#0001.TFC List of 225 largest U.S. based JEWELRY CHAIN STORES. Each company has many different branch locations stores. We count and list ONLY the MAIN OFFICE for each company.

#0006.T List of 1300 largest U.S. based RETAIL JEWELRY STORES. These stores are individually owned. Most stores have one or two locations.

#0027.TFC List of over 300 largest U.S. based DEPARTMENT STORES. Each company we list has many
different branch location stores. US$225.00
9 companies have over 500 stores 55 companies have 11-49 stores
21 companies have 100-499 stores 89 companies have 2-10 stores
20 companies have 50-99 stores 144 companies have 1 store

This amount due can be paid in two payments:

First payment due upon acceptance = $1973.00

Second payment 14 days before mailing of letter and postcards = $1973.00

What we need from you:

1. A good original of your company logo.

2. 10 to 20 HIGH RESOLUTION photos of jewelry items you want to feature (minimum of 1 MB per photo).

3. Text for the postcards and letters such as:

Jewelry Shows your company will be exhibiting at.
Your booth numbers at these shows so potential buyers can easily locate your company.
Any important information about your company which would make potential buyers want to contact you or visit your booth.

Optional Item:

We can also produce and prepare full page 4/color ads to match your letter and postcard designs. (This is an additional service and the cost will be extra if you are interested)
